Holiday Cheer for Wyckoff Teens!

Okay, if you weren't at the Gingerbread Zombies program last week, you missed a tasty experience.  Check out the pics at or Facebook page.

But we are now looking at next month (January), and I will be hosting two OPEN GAMING nights, plus a Teen Movie night wherein I will be airing "ME & EARL & THE DYING GIRL".  Well-reviewed and if you have not yet seen it, you should.  Check out the following brief but VERRRRY positive review from Rotten Tomatoes:

82% on Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer:  "Beautifully scripted and perfectly cast, "Me & Earl & the Dying Girl" is a coming-of-age movie with uncommon charm and insight."

Zombie Update!

Tomorrow is the day!  Yes, it is time (maybe even past time) to create a GINGERBREAD ZOMBIE.

You won't see them on WALKING DEAD, or in any scary movie you have ever experienced.  No, the GINGERBREAD ZOMBIES only come out around the holidays, and now is your time to create one of your very own!

Please either register online in the Library's Event's calendar, or contact to library to ensure that one of the zombies, now resting quietly in the confines of the library, is here for YOU!

Get one before it shambles away!

Teen Writers Group a Cozy but Blazing Success

Ah, a fine gathering of creativity in the cozy Teen Corner of the Wyckoff Library as the Teen Writers Group met once again to share their words in three
well-fashioned short plays.

Kudos to Danielle, Julianne, and Morgan for presenting such compelling works which, as usual with that format, would probably be better on presented on stage than simply read, and I do look forward to that time.

Also, I am anticipating our next meeting (Wednesday, April 15) and hoping to see new faces there, too.

If you like to write, especially as something you do just for yourself, please come. . .you will be welcomed and
feel right at home.
